Allenbrook's Teams Consistently Meet Tight Deadlines using Daptiv

In business since 1988, Allenbrook is one of the industry's leading Property and Casualty and Life insurance software and automation service providers. They were experiencing increasing challenges with meeting deadlines for internal software development and also for client implementations. Allenbrook needed a project management solution that could increase efficiency amongst their project teams who consistently develop, configure and implement software under tight deadlines.

Allenbrook sought a PPM solution that could quickly and effectively help them run multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously. The solution needed to have sophisticated dashboards, resource allocation capability and time tracking.

The dashboard concept was extremely important, as it would provide the executive management team with at-a-glance information regarding the status of each project. Resource allocation capability was also critical in order to aid Allenbrook in maximizing productivity without over-allocating resources over an extended period of time. They needed a quantifiable way of determining when they were over-allocating, and for how long. Finally, the ability to track time spent within a given project, while maintaining the related documentation, issues, risks, expenses and changes, was a must-have feature to ensure a successful resolution to all time management issues.
