What drove your company to look into a PPM service? What were your motivations, and what were your business needs?

  • We are a start up company in technology with several projects to manage, some internationally. We needed a tool to plan and review projects and share documents.

What process did you go through to select a PPM vendor? What were your criteria in selecting a PPM vendor and what importance did Software as a Solution (SaaS) play?

  • From past experiences, we had worked collectively on different systems, including e-projects. We wanted something internet based for around-the-globe access as we do not have a central server. We wanted a maintenance free environment. And of course we wanted a complete PPM tool.

In addition to Daptiv, did you look into other PPM / Business software providers? If so, which ones did you look into and why didn’t you choose them?

  • No, we have not yet looked into this.

Why did you choose Daptiv?

  • Because it provides a full project management package, with support on line, it is accessible over the internet, it is secured and scalable.

What do you like most about Daptiv (benefits of product, why Daptiv as a company is unique)?

  • The product is excellent and well documented. Less experienced users and experts can find their ways. Daptiv has an excellent service so far: the sales cycle was smooth, prompt and accurate. The company delivered on time and at the expected level on the access and the training.
