Daptiv Professional Services can get you up and running faster – and at a lower cost – than packaged software vendors. It’s just another benefit of On-demand ("Software as a Service"): a solution that’s easier to use, more cost effective – and faster to implement.

S2L™ Options

Your needs are unique, but we’ve done enough of these to help you select the right set of professional services to ensure that you’ll start getting optimum value from your Daptiv subscription in the shortest amount of time. Most of our customers choose the ‘standard’ option which we offer at a standard price. There are some organizations whose needs are a bit more complex or who are best served by having a specific statement of work development to accommodate these special needs. Talk with your Daptiv sales representative about the needs in your organization. He or she will help you quickly determine which option is right for.

Under 30 Days—Really

Our model for delivering a rapid implementation and a rapid payback on your Daptiv subscription is called Subscribe to Live™. Our customers who select that standard S2L option are typically are live and using our service less than one month from signing their subscription agreement. This metric is based on data gathered on our customer implementations over the past several quarters of operations. Custom implementations may take longer, but even these are designed to get organizations up and running quickly on the Daptiv PPM solution.

Training

Administrator training is part of each of our Subscribe to Live™ packages. We work with your administrators to help them understand the flexibility of our system, and leave you with the knowledge to do it yourself. Our on-demand model extends to the way we deliver training services, so you have a choice.

Streaming:

We’ve created a wide variety of courses to help you understand and learn Daptiv PPM, our Administrator Zone, and the other tools that come with your subscription. You can stream these courses at your convenience from home or at work to help you get up to speed.

On-demand Instructor Led:

If you want someone guiding you through the training, we also provide facilitated training sessions online. You get the advantages of a live instructor without the expense and disruption of travel. our training specialists lead demonstrations using collaborative web conferencing. To attend the online training sessions, all you need is an Internet connection and a phone line for session audio. These sessions are available as both Open Enrollment events and private events open only to your team.

Onsite/Classroom:

Subscribe to Live™ custom option allows you to choose courses from our catalog, or work with our training staff to create a custom syllabus for your organization to be delivered at your location.

Configuration

Our consultants will work with you to understand the business objectives for your organization, create the right roles and permissions for your environment, make decisions about the functionality you want to rollout first to your user community, as well as configure standard dashboards and reports, workflows, and templates. The custom option provides even more assistance with special reports, dashboards and support for multiple methodologies or large resource pools.

Coaching

We want you to be better, smarter and ready to roll when you’re done with the Subscribe to Live™ process. That means each of our S2L packages includes a special focus on coaching you and your team through the process, so that when we’re gone, we’ve left you not just with a live and ready to go environment, but also with the knowledge to make refinements and fine tune your Daptiv environment yourself. Of course, we’re always happy to provide a ‘refresher’ or to come back for a checkup to make sure you’re getting the most out of your Daptiv subscription.

3-Month 'Checkup'

This has worked so well for customers that have chosen it in the past, that we now provide a checkup as a standard benefit with both our standard and custom Subscribe to Live packages to make sure that your configuration choices are working well to support your business. You can make refinements and modifications at this time.
