Seattle, WA — September 21, 2009 — Daptiv, the on-demand leader in collaborative business software, announced today that Chase Franklin, a seasoned software industry executive, has joined the company as Chief Executive Officer. Franklin’s appointment to CEO is effective immediately.
"We are delighted that Chase has chosen to join Daptiv as CEO. Attracting someone of his caliber and with his proven track record leading and growing software companies is a clear testament to Daptiv’s value today and in the future," said Kevin Hickey, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Daptiv. "Chase is joining us at an exciting stage. His hands-on experience guiding growth companies like Qpass, combined with his management experience with large technology companies like Amdocs and Microsoft, is exactly what Daptiv needs to take its business to the next level."
Franklin was most recently Chief of Strategy for Content and Media at Amdocs and is currently on the board at Ontela, a Seattle-based provider of photo management services for the mobile industry.
